Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool to help you unlock stuck emotional energy patterns. Using hypnosis to help you access important memories in your current life (age regression), I help you see where you may have initially developed coping mechanisms that are no longer helpful in your current life.

Many times seemingly small issues in your past can (over time) become large obstacles where you may feel you have lost control, have become stuck or are willing to move forward but are somehow unable to "get it together".

Together we will gently identify and heal these stuck energy patterns. This now-freed energy can help you transform your life in a very short period of time, but remember that this is a therapy process and requires commitment on your part.

Past Lives - Past Life Regression

If you are interested in exploring past lives, I offer individual and group past life regression sessions.

Would you like to discover more about yourself?...find out how current relationships are connected to the past, uncover important life skills, lessen the fear of death? A past life regression session, done individually or in a group, can help you discover so many things.

Using relaxation and visualization techniques I can help you achieve a trance state and then gently guide you into a past life. From there, you will be guided to gather information about that life: who you are (male or female), your age, your family, friends, other relationships, what time period you lived in, special skills or events, etc.

In an individual past life regression, I can focus on your desires for specific information, and will cover this before the regression starts. Group regressions are more general because I need to guide many people and I also cannot ask for verbal feedback during the process.

An individual session is $72, takes from 1 to 2 hours and is taped.

Group Past Life Regression can be done several ways. You can host a past life regression by gathering together interested family members and friends (minimum 5, maximum depends on your space) and I will charge $20 per person. I ask that you allow 2 hours of time and that I have time after to answer questions and hand out our business cards and brochures. These group sessions are not taped. Past life regressions are for information purposes. If you have the desire to clear present life issues, I suggest regular hypnotherapy be used with the option of going into past lives. As a therapist, I never presuppose where or when something happened, and feel it is wise to start from where you are...in this life. Spiritual Regression
(Life Between Lives)

Life Between Lives sessions are another powerful tool to help you explore your soul's journey from a previous existence to the between life place...the soul place.

Life Between Lives hypnotherapy (Spiritual Regression) is a method of accessing your between life state. This type of hypnotherapy was introduced by Michael Newton, PhD with his books Journey of Souls & Destiny of Souls.

After reading Journey of Souls, my desire to study hypnotherapy was reawakened. I knew very strongly that I wanted to do this work and my goal was to study with Dr. Newton.

My dream came true in September, 2002 when I attended training with Dr. Newton through the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists. There are very few therapists that have been trained in this method created by Dr. Michael Newton. I am very excited to be able to offer this tool to our clients.
